Why creature pages redirect to this hub

Like items, most Early Access creature templates do not yet carry enough unique lore or mechanical detail to justify a standalone indexable page. Creature links deep-link back into the bestiary (for example /creatures?creature=slug) so shareable links and guide callouts still resolve without publishing thin duplicate shells. Template-only placeholder entries are excluded entirely until they have real stats.

Why does a creature link redirect back to /creatures instead of its own page?

The bestiary consolidates creature detail onto one hub with a deep-linking query parameter instead of publishing many near-duplicate template pages. This keeps the crawl graph dense and substantive while Early Access content is still filling in.

Are drop rates from live game data?

Yes. Loot tables and drop weights are rebuilt from Hytale Early Access client extracts when we refresh site data, and they join the same item records used across the site.

Some creatures don't show up in the bestiary — why?

Template-only placeholder entries with no resolved stats are held back until the extract has enough detail to publish honestly, rather than guessing.
